Doon Decors & Exhibits Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 1980 by Swadesh Kumar Bhagat under the name Doon Tent House, with a vision to create well-organized, meaningful, and memorable event experiences. Built on the pillars of trust, quality workmanship, and client satisfaction, the company quickly earned a strong reputation in the industry.
As the years progressed, the company entered a new phase of growth with the joining of his son, Hitesh Bhagat, who brought fresh perspectives, modern planning techniques, and a progressive approach to event execution.

What started as a family-run tent and event service in Ranchi took shape in spirited, hands-on craftsmanship. From those earliest marquee jobs and local melas, Doon learnt the art of turning logistics into theatre and service into trust.

The business was incorporated as Doon Decors & Exhibits Pvt Ltd, enabling investment in warehouses, inventory and technical kit. The new structure matched our heritage with the capacity to deliver larger, more complex briefs.
By 2017, Doon had begun to establish a firm presence on the regional exhibition and trade-show circuit, delivering flagship industry events such as the CII Jharkhand Mining Show and other sectoral expos that demanded scale, safety and operational finesse. These projects cemented our reputation for industrial-grade execution.
